Shopee Malaysia Fee Changes in 2026: Every Date That Matters

If your pricing spreadsheet was built from a Shopee fee table you found last year, it is wrong — not because anyone told you, but because Shopee MY changed fees and fulfilment policy at least five times during 2026, and the last change moved the commission table on 14 August.

This page is the dated timeline. Every row carries its official source and the date Shopee published it, so you can verify each change yourself instead of trusting a blog post.

Context for the TikTok side: TikTok Shop MY revised its Marketplace and Mall commission fees from 13 September 2025, and offers lower rates to sellers in its Bonus Extra Programme (BXP).

Unconfirmed, and flagged as such: third-party seller tools have also reported a commission adjustment effective 1 February 2026. We could not match that to a Shopee page, so we have not put it in the table. If you are affected by a February change, confirm it in Seller Centre before acting on it.

Why these three changes matter most to a small seller

  1. The new-seller window is smaller than people think (1 Aug 2026). The "no commission yet" period is 120 days from first listing or 200 completed orders — whichever comes first — and the cap moved from 100 to 200 orders. Sellers who planned around "my first 100 orders are free" have been planning around an expired rule.
  2. Pre-orders now carry a fee (21 May 2026). A 2% pre-order service fee (plus 8% SST) on completed pre-order items changes the maths for made-to-order and dropship-style listings — and exceeding your pre-order limit now means delisting, starting with your lowest-volume SKUs.
  3. The 14 August 2026 table is the one to use. If you are comparing your own rate against anything older than that, you are comparing against a table Shopee has already replaced.

Check your own rate in about 60 seconds

  1. Seller Centre → My Income → My Tax Invoices — the commission actually charged on your completed orders, per order.
  2. Seller Centre → Account Health — your current LSR/NFR position and any penalty banner.
  3. Seller Centre → Order → My Orders → Completed — the population Shopee counts as "completed orders" (delivered and accepted by the buyer; cancelled and returned/refunded orders excluded).

Then compare what you were charged with the rate you think applies. In our experience the gap is usually a category sub-division or an SCP/non-SCP difference, not an arithmetic error.

We keep the working tables here, each with the date we verified it against Shopee's own pages:

Re-run your own numbers rather than trusting a remembered rate: the free SEA Profit Calculator applies commission, the 3.78% transaction fee, the RM0.54 platform support fee, first-mile logistics and FX to any SKU, so a rate change turns into a per-order number you can price against.

Run the numbers on your own product. Six fee layers, live market price band, no sign-up.
