1. What this site provides

This site provides an estimation tool and reference articles about selling on Shopee Malaysia and TikTok Shop Malaysia. It calculates the effect of published fee structures, tax treatment, first-mile shipping estimates and currency conversion on a per-order margin.

2. Accuracy — read this before relying on a number

Platform commission, fee and tax rates change frequently and without notice.
First-mile shipping figures are market estimates, not published tariffs.
The currency rate used is a dated snapshot, not a live rate.
Output is an estimate for planning purposes. It is not a quotation, an invoice, or a statement of your actual costs.

You are responsible for verifying every figure against your own Seller Centre, invoices and tax advice before making pricing, purchasing or tax decisions.

3. No professional advice

Nothing on this site is financial, accounting, tax, legal or business advice. We are not your accountant, tax agent or business adviser, and no advisor–client relationship is created by your use of the site.

4. Not affiliated

This site is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Shopee, TikTok, or the Royal Malaysian Customs Department. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the services being discussed.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the site and its output for your own business purposes, including internal planning and client work. You may not:

scrape, crawl or bulk-query the site in a way that degrades service for others;
resell or redistribute the site's fee tables as your own dataset;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, or interfere with its operation.

6. Intellectual property

The site's text, calculator, fee tables and design are protected by copyright. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Republishing whole pages or tables requires permission.

7. Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party documentation and may load third-party advertising. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Data handling is described in the Privacy policy.

8. Availability

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it — including the live price benchmark, which depends on a third-party data source — at any time and without notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of this site or reliance on its output. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the site — which, for a free service, is zero.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here prevents you from relying on mandatory consumer protections in your own country of residence.
