What to write about

A fee or tax figure that's out of date. The most useful email we get. Please include the platform (Shopee MY / TikTok Shop MY), the rate you believe is correct, and a link to the source you saw it in. We verify, update the site, and date the change.
A bug in the calculator. Tell us the exact inputs you used (cost, weight, price, tiers) and what you expected versus what you got.
A data source we're missing. Official seller documentation, customs guidance or provider documentation that would improve a guide.
Advertising, licensing or partnership enquiries.

What we can't help with

We are not Shopee or TikTok, and we have no access to any seller account. We can't help with account suspensions, payout disputes, listing issues or order refunds — those need the platform's own seller support. This site is also not financial, tax or legal advice.

What to expect

We aim to reply to substantive emails within a few business days. Correction reports are prioritised because they affect everyone using the calculator.

We do not run a newsletter and we will not add your address to a mailing list. If you'd like us to reply, write from an address you don't mind us replying to.
